In our mountain craft we are guided by the high standards of our profession. All our guides are members of the Russian Mountain Guide Association, which supervised by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG) and the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA). All of us have already passed the certification or are in the process of training. Of course, we do not stop there and keep improve ourselfs.

Konstantin Bartosh

founder, splitboard & ski guide

Aspirant guide RMGA. Was born and raised in Kazakhstan. Later moved to Siberia, where he got acquainted with the mountains.

Konstantin started his career as a second guide in 2014 with internships in the Khibiny Mountains, and from 2015 started working as a lead ski guide  in Siberia and the Caucasus mountains. His skiing and guid­ing ex­per­i­ence in­cludes many great areas such as Siberia, Khibiny mountains, mt. Elbrus region, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Georgia. The author of several first descents in the area of the Tyuk-Su glacier, Kazakhstan.

Victor Zakharin

Lead guide

Professional ski guide of the Russian Mountain Guides Association. Has a diploma of professional avalanche preparation of the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1).

Victor was born and raised in the land of fire and ice - Kamchatka. His got beard and skis before he knew the basics of algebra. The main specialization is heli-ski and skitour. Has extensive experience in guiding and traveling in the mountains of Georgia, Tien Shan, Indian Himalayas, Nepal, many corners of the Russian Caucasus, and, of course, Kamchatka. Multiple prize-winner of ski-mountaineering championships in Kamchatka. In addition to working as a guide, he travels the world in search of his ideal wave.
